Lonich & Patton LLP
At Lonich & Patton LLP we are committed to representing clients throughout Silicon Valley and Northern California. We focus our practice on handling family law cases that include matters such as child custody and visitation, divorce, domestic violence, prenuptial agreements, child support and spousal support. We also handle estate planning matters that involve probate, power of attorney, wills and trusts.
Since opening our doors in 1994, our team of attorneys at Lonich & Patton LLP has been dedicated to providing clients with timely, effective and efficient service. In order to best help families through difficult transitions, our attorneys give each client personal attention and act with compassion and respect.
Family law cases and estate planning are often related, as both can involve matters such as real estate, taxes, businesses and trusts. We understand that going through probate after losing a loved one or going to court to battle for child custody can be extremely stressful. Our attorneys have access to the resources necessary to settle matters outside the courtroom or successfully litigate to secure a favorable outcome.
Several of our attorneys are certified as family law specialists by the California Board of Legal Specialization. Our managing partner, Michael E. Lonich, holds an Avvo "Superb" rating and has earned the highest rating possible of AV Preeminent* from Martindale-Hubbell; co-founder, David A. Patton, holds an Avvo "Superb" rating and serves as a volunteer judge; and partner, Mitchell T. Erlich holds an Avvo "Superb" rating and has served as an arbitrator and temporary judge.
Our goal at Lonich & Patton LLP is to ensure that clients feel comfortable as their case progresses. Our attorneys believe that maintaining open communication is a key part to delivering positive results. Our dedicated team offers free consultations for clients facing estate planning or family law issues.
